Stuffed Pasta

Refers to rice and flour products with fillings that are made of wheat flour or other raw flours rich in starch, with one or more raw materials such as livestock and poultry meat, fruits and vegetables, aquatic products, egg products, dairy products, etc. from enterprises registered in China as fillings, with or without individually packaged seasoning packets, and are produced by processing techniques such as modulation, heating (or not heating) and quick freezing, cold (frozen) storage, etc., and can be eaten after simple processing. Common stuffed pasta includes steamed buns, dumplings, pies, spring rolls, etc.

 

Possible Assistance:

1. Assist stuffed pasta manufacturers in the exporting country to register with GACC.

2. Assist manufacturers to meet registration conditions and inspection points to successfully register with GACC.

3. Assist exporters or shippers in the exporting country to register with GACC.

4. Assist Chinese importers to register with GACC.

5. Other possible assistance (for example, registration applications have been unsuccessful for many times or there has been no result feedback after the application is submitted, etc.).

 

The general process of application registration:

1. Register an account at China Customs

2. Obtain application authority from the competent official account

3. Fill in basic information of the company

4. Fill in and submit supporting materials

5. Fill in the declaration of conformity and confirmation by the competent official (should be signed by the legal person and stamped by the company, and signed by the competent authority and stamped by the competent authority)

6. The competent official pushes the electronic application to China Customs

7. China Customs conducts review and approval

8. The applicant company obtains the export number to China

►Overseas manufacturers of stuffed pasta that apply for registration in China should establish an effective food safety and hygiene management and protection system to ensure that the products exported to China comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations and national food safety standards, and comply with relevant inspection and quarantine requirements agreed upon by China Customs and the competent authorities of the country (region) where they are located. Overseas competent officials should conduct official inspections on manufacturers based on the main conditions and basis and the key points of the comparative examination in the "Registration Conditions and Key Points for Comparative Inspection of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Stuffed Pasta".

►Overseas competent officials and manufacturers should make compliance judgments truthfully based on the actual situation of the comparative inspection.

►Submitted materials should be filled in Chinese or English, the content should be true and complete, the attachments should be numbered, and the attachment numbers and contents should accurately correspond to the item numbers and contents in the "Filling requirements and supporting materials" column, and the supporting materials attachment catalog should be submitted at the same time.

 

Pre-Qualifications:

1. Manufacturers are registered with the Chinese Customs and obtain registration numbers in China;

2. Exporters or shippers are registered;

3. Chinese importers are registered;

 

Documents required for import declaration:

1. Certificate of origin;

2. Official sanitary certificate of manufacturing country/Certificate of Free Sale;

3. Contract, invoice, packing list and bill of lading;

4. Chinese label;

5. Other supporting information or declaration elements;
