1. Inspection and quarantine basis

2. Scope of imported products
Aquaculture products refer to artificially cultivated aquatic animal products and their products, algae, and its products that are eaten by humans and their products, algae, and their products. 3. Production enterprise requirements
Myanmar manufacturers (including processing enterprises and independent cold storage) and farms that export aquaculture aquaculture products shall be approved by Myanmar and effectively supervise. The health conditions of the manufacturer should meet the requirements of China and Myanmar on veterinary hygiene and public health regulations.
According to Chinese laws and regulations, production enterprises exporting aquaculture aquaculture products shall be recommended by the Burmese Federal Republic Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Irrigation Department (hereinafter referred to as Myanmar) to recommend registration to the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as China). Without registration, it is not allowed to be exported to China.
Fourth, import product requirements
Burmese should ensure that the infusal aquaculture products meet the following conditions:
(1) Breeding in the waters of the country in Myanmar.
(2) The raw materials and products are not involved in the following problems:

4. major public health incidents in manufacturers, such as employees infected with major infectious diseases, have contaminated or possibly contaminated Chinese aquaculture products and their packaging and transportation tools;
5. The breeding area is affected by pollutants, such as radioactive pollutants, which has contaminated or possibly contaminated with Chinese aquaculture products.
(3) Unprecedented or indirect (such as adding drugs or additives disabled disabled in the feed, drugs or additives used by both parties to be used or allowed to be used in accordance with regulations; Light pathogenic microorganisms, toxic and harmful substances and foreign objects.
(4) All infusal aquaculture products are sanitary and safe after quarantine inspection by the authorities. They are suitable for human beings. No pathological indicators of infectious diseases and parasites are found. The epidemic list stated in the epidemic list and the aquatic animal disease that must be notified by WOAH.
(5) The entire process of breeding, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, transit, and exports meets the relevant sanitary requirements and traceability requirements of both parties. At the same time, the cold chain control should be operated normally.
5. Quarantine approval requirements
Imported aquaculture products in Myanmar shall apply for quarantine approval in advance and obtain the "Imported Potned Plant Quarantine License".
6. Certificate requirements
Each batch (each container or car) of Myanmar's export to China shall be attached to at least one original veterinarian (health) certificate, which proves that the batch of products in line with China and Myanmar veterinarians and public health laws and regulations and the "Protocol" of the "Protocol" The relevant provisions. Burmese should fill in the production enterprise information involved in the veterinarian (sanitary) certificates filling in the whole process of breeding, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, transit, and exports, including the names and registration numbers of farms, processing plants and independent cold storage, etc. , Don’t miss the production enterprise information involved in any link.
The certificate is printed at least in Chinese and English (English is a compulsory language when filling in the certificate). The format and content of the certificate must be recognized by both parties in advance. Seven, packaging and logo requirements

In the form of pre -packaging, aquacted aquaculture products, the pre -packaged Chinese label should meet the requirements of China's imported pre -packaged food labels.
8. Other requirements
China Customs implements imported inspection and quarantine on transmission of hydraulic products.
For unqualified products, it will be refunded, destroyed or other treatment in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. For manufacturers with serious problems or unqualified problems, China can take measures such as strengthening inspection and quarantine or suspension of imports.
